How This Toxin May Be Wreaking Havoc on Your Health & Intuition

June 25, 2024

Most people have heard of fluoride. Whether it’s during your bi-yearly dentist visits, while picking out a toothpaste, or perhaps you’re even aware that many states add it to the water supply.  However, many are unfamiliar with the negative health effects of its consummation even at small doses. After generations of propaganda, most of us don’t even question, and more over may even seek out fluoride, believing it will help protect our teeth from cavities. However, the effects and history of fluoride are both dark and detrimental, not only to our health but to our consciousness. Take a dive with me into the historical use of Fluoride in this country, why you may want to start seeking out fluoride-free products, and the importance of educating and advocating for your health in a world all too willing to take advantage of your ignorance.

The Historical Use of Fluoride

So how did fluoride turn up in our water supply anyways? The history is darker than most people realize, even to those pushing and praising it as a solution to childhood cavities. “Community water fluoridation” as it has become known originated in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1945 as a 15-year fluoridation trial, which become popular (even before the trial was over) in the 1950s as a “solution” to cavities and a clever way to eliminate the byproducts produced by the aluminum and fertilizer industry. There were several simultaneous factors that lead to fluoridation, including lawsuits from farmers claiming these byproducts were killing their crops and cattle, while concurrently a young Massachusetts-born dentist, Frederick McKay, began studying brown stains on teeth which he concluded were from a trace element found in the water supply. While you may think this led to McKay’s advocacy against fluoride, a strange turn of events found him advocating for fluoride. Despite the unsightly appearance, McKay found that the teeth exposed to fluoride had less cavities. McKay, went on to be one of the primary early advocates for the movement to fluorinate.  While some of these early advocates were good intentioned, they may have prematurely and without sufficient understanding of its mechanisms, advocated for adding fluoride to the water supply.  Their enthusiasm and drive to spread the practice throughout America, seems to have trumped the growing anti-fluoride movement.  In June of 1950, the American Dental Association, the American Medical Association and other high-profile government and professional bodies endorsed the fluoridation of the water supply which was touted as an economic opportunity to those in the chemical industry.

So it became the determination of each city and state to decide whether they would drip fluorosilicic acid into the drinking water supply, that according to the American Dental Association and public health officials, was the “precise  adjustment of the existing naturally occurring fluoride levels in drinking water to tan optimal fluoride level,…for the prevention of dental decay.” (Toxic Treatment: The Story of Fluoride, 2018) This practice steam rolled right along despite the health concerns of many until 2011, when even stanch advocates of fluoridation became concerned with the amount of fluoride exposure, as it was now being added to not only our toothpaste but cosmetics and even fast-food wrappers. This led to the EPA recommending that water authorities reduce fluoride levels from 1ppm to 0.7ppm. It’s also important to note, that the fluoride that ends up in your drinking water isn’t the pharmaceutical grade fluoride that’s in your toothpaste (although also containing harmful effects), but contains trace elements like arsenic and lead, additional byproducts of the phosphate industry.

Interestingly the main argument put forth for fluorinating our waters is that it will help prevent childhood dental cavities and often sites research showing the decline in such cavities since fluoridation has occurred. However, this same decline is shown in the majority of Western European countries WHO DO NOT Fluorinate their water. Further it has been shown that the benefits are for topical application and therefore the consummation of fluoride for the prevention of cavities is unnecessary. This has been further supported by the fact that areas which have discontinued the practice have seen no changes in the number of cavities from their constituency.

Fluoride on Trial

More recently there has been a resurgence of attention and new studies illustrating the harmful effects of fluoridated water not only on children but on the health of children in utero. A study published by JAMA in May 2024 concluded “that a 0.68 milligram per liter (mg/L) increase in fluoride exposure during pregnancy was associated with nearly double the chance of a child, by age 3, exhibiting neurobehavioral problems at or near a level that meets the criteria for a clinical diagnosis.” (Karenr, 2024) Dr. Howard Hu, co-author of the study and the Flora L. Thorton Chair and Professor of Population and Public Health Sciences went on to add “it creates a body of evidence, which — in conjunction with the basic science looking at how fluoride may be toxicologically active on the brain — suggests that the impact of fluoride on neurobehavioral development problems is causal. It’s not just an epidemiological association.” (Malin et al., 2024). Furthermore, a report made available last year, despite almost a year attempting to block it from going public by the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Centers for  Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), was release by the National Toxicology Program (NTP) linking prenatal and childhood fluoride exposure to reduced IQ. These and other reports hope to force the EPA to end the fluoridation of the water. Chief litigating council, presidential candite, and founder of the Children’s Health Defense, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has been quoted as saying, “These findings fly in the face of the empty, unscientific claims U.S. health officials have propagated for years, namely that water fluoridation is safe and beneficial…It’s past time to eliminate this neurotoxin from our water supply.” (P, 2024)

The Effects of Fluoride on Your Pineal Gland & Intuition

So perhaps you’re a grown adult without kids and wondering “so what, I made it this far and I seam fine?”  What are the effects of too much fluoride for an adult? Namely, one of the most concerning effects is on the pineal gland, a rice sized gland in the center of the brain that is not protected by the blood brain barrier. Consumption of fluoridated water, in addition to using fluoridated toothpastes or exposure hidden in beauty products, can lead to the calcification and hardening of this gland. Responsible not only for the production of melatonin in the bran, as well as DMT, this gland has often been nicknamed “the seat of the soul” as it connects us to our intuition and higher knowing, or the higher self. Calcification therefore effects sleep regulation in adults resulting in sleepiness during the day as well as snorting, gasping, or apnea while sleeping at night. (ubek & Sikora, 2020)   Further, when we investigate the consequences on a metaphysical level this calcification can lead to a lack of intuitive knowledge and soul guidance through our innate sources of wisdom.  A calcified pineal can lead individuals to think other peoples’ opinions are their own resulting in group think and mindlessly agreeing to mainstream narratives. This ability to tune into what is uniquely correct for us is being stripped away, seemingly with little awareness of the ramifications. So how do we navigate in a world that appears rapidly more toxic while cleverly masked in the “trust the science” slogan we’ve all become way to savvy to buy? You begin by taking your and your families health and wellness into our own hands. With the availability of research at the tip of our fingertips, advocacy comes down to simply doing your homework and not blindly following even long running narratives. Switching to good sources of clean-living water while dropping the fluoride toothpaste and dental procedures, is a great start. Food sources such as cilantro, goji berries, watermelon, bananas, honey, coconut oil, hemp seeds, seaweed, chaga mushroom, spirulina, chlorella, wheatgrass, blue-green algae, and oregano oil are also good at cleansing the pineal gland. One of my favorite ways to de-calcify the pineal is by using brain wave entrainment. Vibe sessions at The Starlight House utilize this technology, pouring light into the pineal and exercising the gland like a weak muscle in desperate need for a workout. This stimulation helps to “wake-up” the gland resulting in increased melatonin production and heightened intuition. This practice is exactly that, a practice. We must look to preserve and maintain our health not as a one-time quick fix, but with mindful consistency. Just as the body needs detoxing through exercise, we can increase the robust function of this area of the brain by protecting it and giving it practice.

The Importance of Advocating for Your Own Health

Admittingly dentist visits aren’t my favorite, but through my own journey to understand more about the body and working with the Bio-well device, I have discovered the importance of working with a biological dentist. Dental health is largely linked with overall health, as we can see the connection with each tooth through the meridian system and its correlation to organ health. It’s important to consider this connection when dealing with one or the other. An untreated dental problem can largely affect the health of other systems and shouldn’t be ignored.  A biological dentist is much more focused on this connection and DOES NOT USE or push fluoride on you. I am currently in the process of moving my children over to a biological dentist but thought I would simply ask about fluoride at their current children’s dentistry to get their take.  At first, I spoke with the dental assistant cleaning my son’s teeth when she questioned my response on the intake form asking for NO FLOURIDE. She asked if this even applied to the toothpaste and when I asked her if she was aware that it lowers IQ and consciousness, she immediately clammed up like a scared puppy programmed not to engage. She not only DIDN’T have any thoughtful evidence to offer otherwise, she responded awkwardly and fearfully with a canned response intended to disengage. So when the doctor finally came in for his two-minute review I thought I would try with him. I asked him, so why DO dentist still use fluoride? Obviously tipping him off with the question to my lack of enthusiasm for it. This time I did receive an answer, but not only was it not thoughtful but it sounded like a direct regurgitation of the propaganda used to sell the industry from the start. He argued that the low levels put into dental and drinking products was so low that it didn’t raise the concerns that I may of “heard of.” I could see I was getting nowhere with the conversation, so I let him believe that I ACTUALLY BELIEVED someone that was SUPPOSED to be the next most trusted person next to your doctor. Wow how times have changed, thank you Rockefellers!  I didn’t know whether he believed what he was telling me or whether he just didn’t bother to read the studies that say, “that given that children are exposed to fluoride from multiple sources, there was “no obvious threshold” at which fluoridating water would be safe.” (P, 2023)

So, if you haven’t awoken yet to the reality of our current medical model, let this be the information that illustrates to you the need to gather your own information and advocate for yourself when approaching what might feel like a mundane bi-yearly visit. Never be intimated to ask for more information about even seemingly harmless procedures, or products.
